Marele Jaf Comunist

There's a bank robbery movie on Netflix that raises the bar on the heist-gone-wrong genre. And no, it's not Casa de Papel.

‍Marele Jaf Comunist is the true story of a real bank robbery that took place in communist Romania of 1959. It twists and turns harder than a fiction film, but it's a documentary, crafted by Alexandru Solomon. It was an honor for me to take part in this project so early in my career, as an art director in 2004.
